השימוש באפליקציית Altus Tasks מהווה הסכמה לתנאים שלהלן. אם אינך מסכימה להם, אין להשתמש באפליקציה.
מהו השירות
Altus Tasks היא אפליקציה לניהול משימות, יעדים ופתקים, הכוללת תכונות עזר מבוססות בינה מלאכותית ואפשרות לייבוא אירועים מיומן Google. השירות ניתן ללא תשלום.
אחריות על הנתונים שלך
הנתונים שלך נשמרים בדפדפן שבמכשירך ולא בשרת שלנו. משמעות הדבר שאיננו מחזיקים עותק שלהם ואיננו יכולים לשחזר אותם עבורך.
ניקוי נתוני הדפדפן, מחיקת האפליקציה, החלפת מכשיר או תקלה במכשיר עלולים לגרום לאובדן מוחלט של המידע. האחריות לגיבוי היא שלך. האפליקציה כוללת כפתור ייצוא גיבוי בהגדרות, ומומלץ להשתמש בו מדי פעם.
שימוש הוגן
בעת השימוש באפליקציה, אין:
- לנסות לשבש, לעקוף או להעמיס את השירות
- להשתמש בשירות למטרה בלתי חוקית או לפגיעה באחרים
- לנסות לחלץ, להעתיק או להנדס לאחור את קוד השירות לצורך שכפולו המסחרי
תכונות הבינה המלאכותית
ההצעות שמייצרת האפליקציה נועדו לסייע בארגון ובתכנון בלבד. הן עשויות להיות שגויות או בלתי מתאימות, ואינן מהוות ייעוץ רפואי, נפשי, משפטי או פיננסי. ההחלטה מה לעשות במידע היא שלך.
חיבור ליומן Google
החיבור אופציונלי, מבוסס הרשאת קריאה בלבד, וניתן לניתוק בכל עת. הפרטים המלאים מופיעים במדיניות הפרטיות. השימוש ביומן Google כפוף גם לתנאי השימוש של Google.
זמינות ושינויים
השירות ניתן כמות שהוא (as is), ללא התחייבות לזמינות רציפה, להיעדר תקלות או להתאמה לצורך מסוים. אנחנו רשאים לשנות, להשעות או להפסיק את השירות או חלקים ממנו, בכל עת. במקרה של הפסקה מתוכננת ננסה להודיע מראש דרך האפליקציה.
הגבלת אחריות
ככל שהדין מתיר, לא נישא באחריות לנזק עקיף, תוצאתי או מיוחד, לרבות אובדן נתונים, אובדן זמן או הפסד הזדמנות, הנובע מהשימוש בשירות או מאי-היכולת להשתמש בו.
קניין רוחני
העיצוב, הקוד והתכנים של האפליקציה שייכים ליוצרת השירות. התוכן שאת כותבת באפליקציה — המשימות, היעדים והפתקים — שייך לך במלואו.
הדין החל
על תנאים אלה יחולו דיני מדינת ישראל, וסמכות השיפוט הבלעדית נתונה לבתי המשפט המוסמכים בישראל.

By using Altus Tasks you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the app.
What the service is
Altus Tasks is an app for managing tasks, goals and notes, with AI-assisted helper features and an option to import events from Google Calendar. The service is provided free of charge.
Responsibility for your data
Your data is stored in your browser on your device, not on our servers. This means we do not hold a copy of it and cannot restore it for you.
Clearing browser data, removing the app, switching devices or a device failure may result in permanent loss of your information. Backups are your responsibility. The app includes an export button in Settings, and we recommend using it periodically.
Acceptable use
When using the app, you may not:
- Attempt to disrupt, circumvent or overload the service
- Use the service for unlawful purposes or to harm others
- Attempt to extract, copy or reverse-engineer the service's code for commercial reproduction
AI features
Suggestions generated by the app are intended to assist with organisation and planning only. They may be inaccurate or unsuitable, and do not constitute medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. What you do with the information is your decision.
Google Calendar connection
The connection is optional, uses read-only access, and can be disconnected at any time. Full details are in the Privacy Policy. Use of Google Calendar is also subject to Google's own terms.
Availability and changes
The service is provided as is, without warranty of continuous availability, freedom from faults, or fitness for a particular purpose. We may modify, suspend or discontinue the service or parts of it at any time. Where a shutdown is planned, we will try to give notice through the app.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of data, loss of time or lost opportunity, arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.
Intellectual property
The design, code and content of the app belong to its creator. The content you write in the app — your tasks, goals and notes — belongs entirely to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
